Orders are typically processed when payments are complete. Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

I offer several shipping methods, including (Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, Overnight Shipping, etc) Available options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. 

Shipping costs are determined by shipping method selected and will be displayed during checkout. 

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. I am not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect address information. 

If your package is lost or not delivered within the estimated delivery time, please contact me so that I can assist in resolving the issue. 

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage. I will work with you to arrange a replacement.
